Bev Womersley

I have been painting for about 15 years and have sold many paintings around Melbourne.

I have always wanted to paint having watched my grandmother paint with watercolor many years ago. When a girlfriend started to go to art classes I joined her.

I have spent many years with Lyn Melledy as my teacher.i have also had lessons with Bianca Bajkiewicz and Marryln Richards, classes organized through PAS.  Through PAS I have also attended workshops and exhibitions

I love painting in oil. I love the consistency and richness of that medium. My favourite subjects are Australian landscapes and seascapes. There is so much variety to paint in Australia and it is always a pleasure to create in paint what you have experienced in life.

I am a member of PAS and Two Bay Art Group. Recently I have become a member of The Guild Gallery at Tyabb.
